Lying in your unban request will result in it being denied with no chance of being unbanned.
Posting an unban request does NOT guarantee an unban. You will have to check the request regularly to answer any questions the staff members truthfully and to the best of your knowledge.
Unban requests left for one week without the original poster will be "expired."
Example of how a completed request should look:
In-Game Name: Sergei Petrov
Steam Name: Sergei Petrov
Staff member who banned you: Dr. Rem
Did you feel the ban was fair (Y/N): Y
Description of what happened: I saw a guy. I shot him.
Why you should be unbanned: I'm sorry I RDMed, I didn't know what RDM was. I won't break the rules again, I'll memorize the rules and I really enjoy RPing on SandsharkRP.
Other members should not post in another player's request. Staff will handle all replies relevant to the request. Posting opinions and comments is not allowed. Other players will only be allowed to comment if asked to provide evidence.
